Last month brought some wonderful national attention to FUNauctions by way of an article in the October issue of Auctioneer magazine. The article highlighted my summer trip with Austin Smiles to San Salvador, El Salvador. Auctioneer is published by the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) of which I am a proud member. Start reading “Stories from the heart” written by Sarah Bahari on page 10 and discover why I was compelled to fully immerse myself in the mission of Austin Smiles.
As this weren’t exciting enough, the NAA also did an interview with me about my Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) certification I earned earlier this year. Check out the interview where I talk about some of the skills I received from the three-year training. Less than 5% of auctioneers nationwide hold the CAI designation.
